Arrive prepared. Settle in gently.

Residential care works best when treatment, meals, rest, and daily routine can support one another. These notes help protect that rhythm throughout your stay.

Before you arrive

Practical guidance for a calm and uninterrupted course of care.
  • Plan your stay so you can complete the full course prescribed by the physician without outside engagements.
  • Guests who menstruate may wish to schedule their arrival just after a cycle to avoid delays to particular treatments. Please discuss individual needs with us in advance.
  • Bring your current daily medicines, including medicines for blood pressure or diabetes. Do not reduce or stop them unless advised by a qualified clinician.
  • Bring previous medical records, investigation reports, prescriptions, and a clear account of your medical history.
  • Guests who need help with everyday routines should arrive with a companion or caretaker.
